'A tsunami of fraud on a industrial scale'

Algeria goes to the polls today - but voters aren't very enthusiastic. We're also looking at Obama's support for gay marriage - and did the Olympics push Greece into bankruptcy?

The Guardian tries to explain why Algeria has been left behind by the Arab Spring  - while El-Watan in Alger says the vote will be a sham anyway.
