One thing is for sure: things will never be the same after the tragedy that has engulfed France over the past few weeks. Three soldiers, two of them Muslim, three Jewish children under the age of 10 and a rabbi were coldly murdered in the southwest of France by Mohammed Merah, a self-proclaimed member of al Qaeda. A truce was declared by most candidates in the presidential race, but politics quickly resurfaced.
