FRENCH PAPERS, Wed. 27/06/12: Bad news for the French economy: 2012 will see a historic slump in purchasing power, slow growth and high unemployment according to business daily Les Echos. Meanwhile, President François Hollande is scheduled to meet German Chancellor Angela Merkel tonight in an attempt to get on the same page ahead of a “crucial” EU summit.
