Seyed Hossein Mousavian tells Douglas Herbert why Western sanctions on Iranian oil are not the answer to resolving the nuclear standoff between the two powers. Once Iran’s former top nuclear negotiator, Mr Mousavian was arrested, but later cleared, of espionage charges, and then forced out of the Iranian diplomatic circle for five years.
