Olafur Ragnar Grimsson, President of the Republic of Iceland
Christophe Robeet meets Olafur Ragnar Grimsson, who recently won a fifth term in office, making him the longest-serving president in Iceland's history. Grimsson opposed on two occasions a government deal to repay the British and Dutch governments following the collapse of Icesave. He tells France 24 why calling a referendum on the issue was essential and why he continues to oppose EU membership for his country.
