Jason Njoku, founder and CEO of iROKO Partners

Entrepreneur Jason Njoku's vision is simple - "Bringing Nigerian entertainment to a global audience, via the Internet" - and it's worked. iROKO Partners, the company he founded in 2010, is now the world's number one distributor of Nollywood films. It was Nigeria's fastest-growing internet company last year and Njoku has been earmarked by Forbes as one of the top ten young African millionaires to watch.
