Berlin, the Silicon Valley of Europe?

This week's special edition of Tech 24 takes us to Berlin. Despite a reputation for copycats, the German capital has one of the most innovative start-up scenes in Europe. Music sharing service SoundCloud has become a global success, and photo discovery app EyeEm is giving Instagram a run for its money. Through the lens of two very different tech festivals - one grass-roots, one pure geek - we ask whether Berlin is the Silicon Valley of Europe, and indeed whether it should want to be.
