Christmas is around the corner, so our art correspondent Sean Rose thought a bit of champagne would do us good this Monday, so he's taking us to Domaine Pommery in Reims, to drink some bubbles with our eyes only. The cellars of Pommery, it is: 25 millions bottles in store, 55 ha underground and 18km of tunnels (cellars).
