Could Superstorm Sandy bring an economic boost to the US?

It's the most populated area of the US and accounts for a quarter of the country's economy alone. When Superstorm Sandy arrived on the East Coast, it was inevitable that more than bricks and mortar would be affected. Sandy has also disrupted the presidential election campaign, closed down the stock exchange and slowed the economy. Experts say the repair bill will be much higher than for that of Irene, last year. But could there be a silver lining among the storm clouds?
