The unhealthy state of Brazil's health system

It may be one of the biggest economies in the world but many people in Brazil struggle to get adequate healthcare. Many of the country's hospitals are beset by problems with bad management and poor organisation, leaving patients unable to get the help they need. Our correspondent went undercover in one notoriously bad facility in the state of Rio de Janeiro to film this report.
