What time of day would you choose to die?

Gilad Sharon, Ariel Sharon's youngest son, writes in The Jerusalem Post that Israel should "flatten all of Gaza". An op-ed in Gulf News argues the Gaza violence is "a well-rehearsed Israeli ploy". Burmese journalists abroad, meanwhile, tell Obama to look at "the dark side of Burma's 'reforms'". And scientists have apparently pinned down the gene variant that influences the time of day you are most likely to die. That's the focus for Monday 19th November, 2012.

The International Herald Tribune’s front page has a photo of a body of a child found in the rubble of an apartment building in Gaza City struck by Israeli bombs.

An opinion piece in Gulf News says the violence is “a well-rehearsed Israeli ploy”.

Ariel Sharon’s youngest son Gilad Sharon writes in The Jerusalem Post: “A decisive conclusion is necessary”.

The Shanghai Daily covers Obama’s visit to Burma.

The Bangkok Post argues the visit is a chance for the US President to push for change.

The Irrawaddy news magazine says “Obama must see the dark side of Burma’s ‘reforms’

And The Times of India reports that scientists have discovered a gene variant that ‘can tell the time of death’.
