Mittal Meltdown

Is Lakshmi Mittal really no longer welcome in France? François Hollande hosts the Indian-born steel magnate in a bid to save the Florange blast furnaces in eastern France. Hollande is threatening to temporarily nationalise the site. Can he do it and will it scare away foreign investors?
