'Life's a Beach' for Martin Parr
Today’s show looks at some of our favourite art exhibits on now in France. We honour Paris photo month with a chat with Martin Parr. The British photographer is touring the country with pictures from his latest holiday series, fittingly called "Life's a Beach".
Meanwhile, album covers from the glory days of the "French Touch" are on display. An exhibit at the Museum of Decorative Arts shows how electronic sensations Daft Punk and Air found the perfect blend of music and graphic design. Finally, we meet a group of French cotton importers whose open-minded approach to art a century ago helped save some of the masterpieces of today.
