Pakistani children are being fed a diet of hatred, with government-approved textbooks inciting hatred and intolerance of other cultures. Some teachers have now started deviating from the state curriculum, which describes Hindus as gangsters and refers to Christians as deranged crusaders. A recent study showed that state educational material also degrades Sikhs and Indians, and its content bears little or no difference to what is taught in madrassas.
