Pyonyang celebrates "successful satellite launch"

Defying international pressure and a UN-imposed ban, North Korea has carried out its second missile test this year. Pyongyang is celebrating its successful 'space mission' but the move will likely lead to further isolation of the Communist state and more western-imposed sanctions against the regime. This latest launch has been criticised by a number of governments, including that of China, one of North Korea's closest - and few - allies.
