Some art books for Yule Tide: all the painting galleries of the Louvre museum in a single volume published by Flammarion; no need to queue anymore, you can admire Leonardo’s "Mona Lisa" or Delacroix’s "Liberty Leading the People", ensconced in your armchair. Meet Jean-Philippe Delhomme’s "Unknown Hipster" at Colette, the capital’s trendy concept store where some of the original plates of the illustrated book are exhibited. The adventures of the "Unknown Hipster" are also available.
Finally Tim Walker proves fashion photography is a fine art, from portraits of Alexander McQueen or Tilda Swinton to Lewis Carroll-like mise en scène. Thames & Hudson has just published Tim Walker’s "Story Teller".
