The US has announced it is considering a complete pullout from Afghanistan after 2014. That, according to some Afghan politicians, will lead to civil war and the return of the Taliban. Our guest Jean d'Amécourt was France's ambassador to Afghanistan from 2008 until 2011. He tells Armen Georgian if these fears of a Taliban takeover are justified.
