Jonathan M. Katz, Author, 'The Big Truck That Went By'

Three years ago, the deadliest earthquake in the history of the Western hemisphere devastated Haiti, killing over 300,000 people. The world did seem to rally, raising 16 billion dollars in pledges. Yet three years on, rebuilding has barely begun, and some 350,000 Haitians still languish in tent cities. Jonathan M. Katz, author of "The Big Truck That Went By", tells Annette Young just what went wrong.
