Hollande's 75% tax band puzzle

Le Figaro leads on what it says is Hollande's "casse-tête" (puzzle) about plans to introduce a 75 percent tax band on people earning over 1 million euros. The Élysée has denied a report it could scrap the tax band. And all papers report on the return of Florence Cassez to France after seven years in a Mexican jail on kidnapping charges. Le Parisien says questions about her case remain unanswered.
