It’s the first time Paris’ Cité d’Architecture has devoted an exhibition solely to paper art. Designers are bringing paper into a whole new dimension with increasingly audacious designs for shop windows, show rooms, and even invitation cards.

Around 15 centimeters long, it can be eaten for dessert or as a snack on the go and was crowned France’s most popular pastry in 2012. Until the 24th March, France will be celebrating the éclair, with the “Quinzaine de l’éclair” festival.
