'UK sells arms to Sri Lanka’s brutal regime'

INTERNATIONAL PAPERS, Mon. 18/02/13: Marc Dutroux’s mother tells Le Soir her son should stay behind bars. Meanwhile, the Financial Times reports that UK food regulators are investigating whether ministers were aware of the dangers of illegal horsemeat getting into the food chain a year ago.
