Burma: open for business (part 2)

Former general Thein Sein is working hard to make Burma the poster-child for political and economic reform. Since the end of outright military rule in 2011, the West has moved to ease sanctions despite ongoing international concern over the government’s violent treatment of its ethnic minorities. Annette Young and her panel discuss if the West been too quick to reward the Burmese government.
