The éclair, France's most popular pastry

Around 15 centimeters long, it can be eaten for dessert or as a snack on the go and was crowned France’s most popular pastry in 2012. Until the 24th March, France will be celebrating the éclair, with the “Quinzaine de l’éclair” festival. It will be taking centre stage in pastry shops and chefs will be coming up with all sorts of interesting new recipes.
