Libya's abandoned border brigades.

As Libya struggles to tackle its security crisis volunteer brigades guarding thousands of kilometres of borders to the south accuse Tripoli of abandoning them. Also Nigeria and China settle a billion euro loan deal giving Abuja funds to invest in infrastructure and Beijing a firmer foothold in Nigeria's oil wealth. And Morocco's junior coalition partner Istiqlal confirms its quitting the government.
