Tunisian politician gunned down in front of his house

Tunisia's 56th anniversary of becoming a republic is marred by another political assassination. Mohamed Brahmi was gunned down outside of his house Thursday morning. Also Togo's parliamentary elections pass off relatively peacefully. Finally, the US Secretary of State names no names as he calls for an end to foreign backing of M23 rebels in Democratic Republic of Congo in a message aimed at Rwanda.
