Egypt: 'We might as well just pray'

We look at cartoons and analysis on Egypt where the death toll mounts from day to day. A comment piece in The New York Times says 'Let our client go', another in The Independent says 'We might as well just pray'. We also look at the detention of Glenn Greenwald's partner at Heathrow airport in London on Sunday. Greenwald broke the Edward Snowden revelations about NSA mass surveillance.
