French regions move into China

In this edition we consider the issue of commercial diplomacy, although not as traditionally practiced by diplomats. Indeed, two French regions have got together to open a representation in the Chinese city of Wuhan. The aim is to promote and organise the sale of French regional products directly to Chinese consumers. We went to the opening of the "Maison du Sud Ouest" in Wuhan to find out more.
