Laurent Lamothe, Haitian Prime Minister

Haitian Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe is in Paris as part of a five-day official visit to Belgium and France. He hopes to raise funds and attract new investments to support Haiti’s reconstruction and development. More than three years after the earthquake that killed 250,000 people and severely damaged the country’s infrastructure, thousands of people still live in makeshift camps.
