Westgate Mall Crisis 'drawing to a close'

Kenyan security forces say the siege of a Nairobi shopping centre is drawing to a close. It's still unclear how many gunmen or hostages remain inside Westgate Mall. The Al Shabab militants who have claimed responsibility for the violence say they did not expect to make it out alive and warn this is revenge for Kenya's involvement in Somalia. Finally, we also look at why so many Rwandans and Burundians have recently felt or been compelled to leave Tanzania.
