Blackberry’s biggest shareholder set to announce whether it plans formal bid

Fairfax Financial Holdings is due to announce whether to make a formal bid for the struggling smartphone maker, Blackberry. The company offered $4.7 billion to take the company private back in late September. We also look at the latest hot investment in the United States: used restaurant cooking oil.
