Paris court approves Rwandan extradition request

A Paris appeals court approves the extradition of two Rwandans wanted by Kigali for their alleged role in the 1994 genocide that claimed around 800,000 lives. Also, Egypt's ousted president sends a dire warning from behind bars, accusing the military chief who deposed him of treason and warning the country its stability is at stake. And the United Nations says more than 100 people are feared dead after a rare tropical cyclone hits northern Somalia. Hundreds more are unaccounted for.
