'Without Sarkozy, there would be no democracy in the world'

Henri Guaino, advisor to Nicolas Sarkozy during his presidency, is clearly a big fan of his former boss. On BFM TV on Sunday night, he told far-right leader Marine Le Pen that Sarkozy had "saved democracy in France, Europe and the world while in office." Just a slight exaggeration... First though, Jean-Marc Ayrault announces a tax reform without telling François Hollande or Finance Minister Pierre Moscovici.
