How do artists and writers see the world? We take you to the crossroads where culture meets the news and engages with what's happening in our lives today. From Monday to Friday at 12.15 pm Paris time.

How To Be Happy

Do 20 minutes of sport a day, and last thing at night, think of three things that worked today. That and other pearls of wisdom form the basis of a new Paris show that’s more experience than exhibition. "The Happy Show" is graphic artist and designer Stefan Sagmeister’s way of getting all of us to think about what brings us joy – featuring all kinds of quirky and frivolous exhibits, graphics and questions.

To continue the theme, we check out Pharrell Williams’ latest single “Happy”, and ask whether it really needed a 24-hour music video to keep our enjoyment levels up. Also on the show: photo art and support for Pussy Riot from British artist Layla Sailor, and we meet the young Afghans competing for their country’s young contemporary art prize.
