Good news for Kenya as ICC members change rules

Election officials say they are hoping more Malians get on board in the second round of the parliamentary vote needed to reset the country's constitutional credentials. Turnout for the first round fell short of expectations. Also Kenya's president Uhuru Kenyatta may have scored a victory of sorts over the ICC with regards to his crimes against humanity trial after member states vote to change attendence rules. And in Cameroon the search for a French priest abducted by Boko Haram continues.
