Putin is always late

Vladimir Putin is always late, as several media point out today. The latest person he delayed was Pope Francis, who had to wait 50 minutes for the Russian President. The Finnish premier once had to wait two hours, while former Ukrainian premier Yulia Timoshenko was kept waiting for three hours! First though, tensions between Ukraine and Russia over Kiev's bid for rapprochement with the EU have got web users reacting. We finish with Italian coverage of Berlusconi's expulsion from the Senate.
