Sochi Winter Olympics 'to be the safest Games ever'

The Sochi Winter Olympic Games are already the most expensive in history, with costs standing at over $50 billion. The massive expense includes security, with the police, army, and secret services all mobilised. Surveillance systems are the most hi-tech ever built for a sporting event.
