Uganda sidelined as DRC signs M23 peace deal in Kenya

In a snub to their longtime peacebroker Uganda, the Congolese government finally puts pen to paper for a deal with M23 rebels - but the agreement is settled in Nairobi. This as Kenya marks half a century of independence from British rule. And the notorious sign language interpreter from Nelson Mandela's Soweto memorial speaks out. He says he's not a fraud and saw angels during Tuesday's ceremony.
