Rwandan ex-spy chief's body found in Johannesburg

A Rwandan former spy chief's body is found in a Johannesburg hotel. The opposition is convinced Kigali has a part in Patrick Karegaya's murder. The Rwandan government has denied targeting exiled dissidents. Also, hundreds of illegal immigrants living in Morocco flock to government offices as a new residency policy is brought in.
