Former Congolese militia leader Bosco Ntaganda in the dock

Wanted on thirteen counts of war crimes and five counts of crimes against humanity, former Congolese militia leader Bosco Ntaganda appears before the International Criminal Court in The Hague. This week will decide whether there is enough evidence to put him on trial. Meanwhile, in Central African Republic, the looting and lynching continues as a lawmaker is killed for calling for peace. FRANCE 24 looks at how French troops are trying to disarm militia and boost skeleton police forces.
