Rescue plan confirmed as Peugeot Citroën reports €2.3bn loss

French carmaker PSA Peugeot Citroën has announced losses of €2.3 billion for 2013. The company also confirmed the expected tie-up with China’s Dongfeng, which will take a 14% stake in the company along with the French government. We take a look at the very long engagement between PSA and Dongfeng.
