Elysée dinner was 'disgusting', says French minister

A dinner at the Elysée in honour of Chinese premier Xi Jinping was "disgusting", says a French minister, whose words were picked up on camera outside the presidential palace. Meanwhile, the head of government communications was rapped on the knuckles for sharing the front cover of a 1971 French satirical movie about a Chinese invasion. Also: the Muppets' newspaper of choice and a viral image of an Italian female minister that was photoshopped.
