Hip-hop musician Beat Assailant has always been an urbanite. From Atlanta to Miami and Paris, he's used his travels to create a unique yet universal sound. Now he’s taken that even further, using the sounds of the city to create an urban manifesto in his fifth album, "City Never Sleeps". He joins Jade Barker in the studio to talk about why he likes to mix different musical genres with hip-hop, how France has influenced his music and why he has no plans to return to the US.
