Romania strengthens military cooperation with the US

The US decision to send more Marines to Romania dates back to late last year. But now, joint military exercises between the two countries have a more urgent feel with Russian troops amassed on Ukraine's eastern border. Romania has become the United States' greatest ally in the region, with four US military bases, not to mention the controversial anti-ballistic missile shield that's still in the construction phase. Our team on the ground reports on this strategic relationship.
