Mali: Jihadist group announces death of french hostage

One of Mali's most notorious jihadist groups has annouced the death of a french hostage declaring that he was killed because France is the enemy. 62 year old Gilberto Rodrigues Leal was kidnapped in November 2012 near the western town of kayes as he was driving from Mauritania.
