Mali: French troops wrap up combat phase

Frances intervention mission in Mali is in the process of wrapping up its combat phase there and reorganising troops to focus on battling extremists threats throughout the Sahel. The new incarnation of Operation Serval will see French soldiers deployed beyond Mali to include northern Niger and Chad.
