France 24's caravan heads to Spain

A former industrial city, Bilbao is now bustling with tourists and its unemployment rate is almost half as low as Spain's average, thanks partly to large investments in culture. But while the Guggenheim museum is a success story, many fear Spain's recent recession and the government's austerity programme are jeopardising the survival of old Basque cultural traditions in the city. And Miguel Angel Mata, Business Editor with El Diario Vasco, gives us his view on the European elections.
