The US Secretary of State says he's put France on notice. John Kerry has warned against any Iran sanctions violations, after a 100-strong delegation of French business leaders visited Tehran at the start of the week. Are we seeing too quick a pivot towards Shiite Iran that could accelerate tension throughout the Middle East?
