Kenya urges fans to watch World Cup at home

The Kenyan Interior Ministry has advised football fans to avoid watching World Cup matches in bars and restaurant and stay at home. The heightened security alert follows a spate of terror attacks claimed by Al Shabaab, but that President Kenyatta has blamed on "local political networks".
