Perfume makers to tweak scents over EU rules

Perfume makers in Europe are preparing to change the ingredients of several well-known fragrances to comply with new EU anti-allergy rules. The European Commission has banned three molecules from scents in a regulation that comes into force next year. Also today: a double dose of bad news for Samsung.
