Gaza: paramedics on the front line

Since Israel began "Operation Protective Edge" in Gaza a week ago, more than 190 Palestinians have died. We meet the people whose job it is to try to save lives in Gaza. In Iraq, Saddam Hussein's former right-hand man, Azzat Ibrahim Al Douri, allegedly calls the Islamic State militants "heroes".
